Mindfulness and connection are at the heart of everything I do. Finding inner peace through meditation and touch, I am a heart-centered practitioner dedicated to helping others achieve balance and wellness. I am certified in Indian head and foot massage and use my skilled hands to melt away stress and tension providing a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
My passion for mindfulness has led me to complete a 300 hr meditation teacher training. I initially undertook this for my own learning and practice and now I am excited to share the transformative benefits of meditation with individuals and groups, empowering them to access their own innate wisdom.
I love being in community with like-minded people and welcome opportunities to collaborate offering my services in workshop and retreats. When I am not working you can find me outdoors in nature hiking or walking in my beautiful community of Bragg Creek and surrounding Kananaskis trails.
